Located in central Boulder within walking distance of downtown, this remodeled pool house was designed to support entertaining and comfortable guest stays. The goal was to create a fresh, modern space that feels social and welcoming, while standing up to the energy of summer pool days. The existing layout already worked well for the family, so the focus was on updating fixtures and finishes to refresh the space. These changes introduce contrast and a modern edge while keeping the plan intact.
