Hi-Hat House is a new-build primary residence set within a mountain-view neighborhood, designed for intentional living. The home supports work-from-home routines and generous holiday gatherings, balancing openness with moments of quiet and rest. Through close collaboration with the architect, builder, and craftspeople, we aligned fixtures, finishes, and custom furniture with the architecture to create cohesion, continuity, and strong spatial clarity.
